Alexander McQueen S/S 2003 White Corseted Denim Jacket

From the S/S 2003 collection of Alexander McQueen, this cropped denim jacket is structured around a pronounced corseting principle, with multiple vertical seam channels running from the stand collar to the cropped hem on both the front and back panels, creating a body-sculpting silhouette. The stand collar is edged with a fine dark topstitched piping that continues along every panel seam, lending a graphic contrast against the off-white denim ground. The front fastening comprises a column of small hook-and-bar closures set within a ruched centre-front placket, framed by two raised corseting panels that flare slightly at the hem. The cropped hem is finished with a gathered frill of raw-edged denim secured by a narrow piped band, with short decorative tab extensions at each side. Long set-in sleeves taper to a narrow cuff fitted with a small zip and tab detail at the wrist.
