Frequently Asked Questions

Shopping & Orders
Yes. Every piece is authenticated in-house by our team. We specialise in archive fashion from the 1990s and 2000s and have deep expertise in the designers we carry. Trévise Paris guarantees the authenticity of every item sold.
All items are vintage and pre-owned. We describe the condition of each piece honestly in the product description. Minor signs of wear are expected and part of the garment’s history. Any significant flaws are always disclosed.
All sales are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is significantly not as described. For EU customers, you may exercise your 14-day withdrawal right under strict conditions — see our Refund Policy for full details.
Our prices reflect the garment itself — its designer, era, rarity, condition, and construction. We reference auction results and market data but we do not price based on speculation or hype. We aim to offer the most honest price possible.
Not at this time. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
