All items sold by Trévise Paris are pre-owned, vintage, or archive pieces. Due to their age and history, items may show signs of wear consistent with their era and previous use. We describe the condition of each item as accurately as possible, including any notable flaws. Photographs are representative but may vary slightly from the actual item due to screen settings and lighting. Minor imperfections inherent to vintage items (slight fading, minor wear, patina) are not considered defects.

3. Authenticity

Every item is authenticated in-house by our expert team. Trévise Paris guarantees the authenticity of all items sold. In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognised independent authentication service, we will issue a full refund upon return of the item.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (TVA sur la marge). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure checkout powered by Shopify Payments.

5. Orders

An order constitutes a binding purchase agreement once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock error, pricing error, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only as required by law (14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under EU/French consumer law). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on treviseparis.com — including photographs, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Trévise Paris and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trévise Paris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. In the event of failure, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
