1. Purpose These Terms of Service govern the use of treviseparis.com (the "Site"), operated by Trévise Paris SAS, 9 rue Oberkampf, 75011 Paris, France, SIREN 989 810 031. Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. By using the Site you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Access The Site is accessible free of charge, apart from connection costs. We may suspend, restrict or modify all or part of the Site at any time, in particular for maintenance, security or updates, without liability.

3. Accounts You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for any use of your account. We may suspend or close an account, without prior notice where the situation requires it, in the event of breach of these Terms, fraud, suspected fraud or abuse, without prejudice to orders already validly concluded.

4. Prohibited uses You must not, directly or through a third party: use any robot, scraper, crawler, script or automated means to access the Site, collect its content, monitor its prices or availability, or place orders; circumvent any security, queue or verification measure; place orders in bulk or for resale through automated means; reproduce, extract or reuse all or a substantial part of the Site's content or database (Articles L342-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code); use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; or interfere with its operation. We may block access and cancel any order placed in breach of this clause.

5. Content and intellectual property All content of the Site, including photographs, videos, texts, condition reports, graphics, logos, trademarks and the database, is protected and belongs to Trévise Paris or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent is prohibited and constitutes an infringement. In particular, our photographs and descriptions may not be used to offer any item for sale on another website or platform.

6. Brands Trévise Paris is an independent reseller of pre-owned goods and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the brands whose products appear on the Site. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used solely to identify the genuine goods offered.

7. Information on the Site We take care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate. Obvious errors, including pricing errors, are governed by our Terms of Sale. Editorial content is provided for information and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Links The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Liability We are not liable for any interruption or unavailability of the Site, for viruses or harmful elements not attributable to us, or for any damage resulting from the use of the Site in breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability to a consumer where the law prohibits such a limitation.

10. Personal data and cookies Personal data and cookies are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes We may amend these Terms of Service at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site when you use it. Orders remain governed by the Terms of Sale in force on the date of the order.

12. Governing law and disputes These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall first be subject to a written complaint to contact@treviseparis.com, then, for consumers, to the free consumer mediation described in our Terms of Sale. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court competent under the law. For any other user, the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction. In case of inconsistency between language versions, the French version prevails.
