Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases from Trévise Paris SAS, 9 Rue Oberkampf, 75011 Paris, France, SIREN 989 810 031, TVA FR04 989 810 031.

1. Seller

Trévise Paris SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €100.00, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register, represented by its President, Mr. Elias Hosoi.

2. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of pre-owned luxury garments, accessories, and related items through our website treviseparis.com and our physical boutique.

3. Products

All items are unique, pre-owned archive pieces. Descriptions, measurements, and condition assessments are provided in good faith. Photographs are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration. The item received is the exact item photographed unless otherwise stated.

4. Price

Prices are in Euros (EUR), inclusive of French VAT (TVA sur la marge per Article 297A of the French Tax Code). Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. Trévise Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders already confirmed are not affected.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation.

6. Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the item transfers to the buyer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery (or upon handover for in-store purchases).

7. Right of Withdrawal

Online purchases: In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions and conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. In-store purchases are final.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with Articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Trévise Paris is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. Given that all items are pre-owned, the assessment of conformity takes into account the age, wear, and condition described in the product listing. The guarantee of conformity applies for 12 months from delivery (Article L217-12 for second-hand goods).

9. Guarantee Against Hidden Defects

In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, Trévise Paris guarantees against hidden defects that render the item unfit for its intended use, provided the defect existed at the time of sale and was not disclosed. Any claim must be made within 2 years of discovery of the defect.

10. Limitation of Returns

Beyond the legal guarantees described above, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing based on the buyer's estimation (all measurements are provided in the listing), or aesthetic preferences. Archive and vintage items are sold in their described condition.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws applicable to the buyer's place of residence.

12. Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute, you may seek free mediation in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
