Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Items are carefully inspected, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and securely packaged before shipping.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
France (Métropolitaine): Insured tracked shipping via Colissimo or Chronopost. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.
European Union: Insured tracked international shipping. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
International (Rest of World): Insured tracked international shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping on all orders over €2,000.
3. Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the total value of the order. In the event of loss or damage during transit, Trévise Paris will file a claim with the carrier and either replace the item (if possible) or issue a full refund.
4. Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Trévise Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@treviseparis.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Local Pickup
In-store pickup is available at our boutique: 9 Rue Oberkampf, 75011 Paris. Please select "Pickup" at checkout and collect your order during our opening hours (Monday–Sunday, 12:00–19:00).
