Alexander McQueen 2000s Black Suede Eyelet-Embellished Jacket

From the 2000s archive of Alexander McQueen, this jacket is executed in black suede and embellished throughout with densely set silver-tone metal eyelets of varying diameters. The eyelets are arranged in graduated formations across the wide, pointed lapel collar, the entire front panel flanking the central zip closure, the lower back hem, the collar stand at the rear nape, and the sleeve cuffs — creating a tonal, almost armoured surface effect that intensifies toward the hem. The silhouette is sharply structured, with pronounced squared shoulders, a fitted torso achieved through curved seaming, and a gently flared peplum-like hem. The front fastens by a single central zip with a leather pull tab. The sleeves are set-in and long, tapering to the wrist, with eyelet bands at each cuff. The back is largely plain suede at the shoulder and mid-back, giving way to the dense eyelet embellishment at the lower hem. A smooth, dark lining is visible at the interior.
