From the S/S 2006 collection of John Galliano, this camisole top is constructed in a pink ground fabric printed with an exuberant large-scale floral composition in red, purple, white, orange, yellow, and green, the overlapping blooms outlined in white to create a layered, almost collage-like effect. The bodice is cut with a deep V-neckline edged in lilac floral lace, which continues across the full width of the bust as a wide trim. Adjustable spaghetti straps in matching lilac satin complete the neckline. The fit is close through the bust and waist before releasing gently toward a straight hem. The back mirrors the front in construction, with the same lace trim spanning the back neckline and the adjustable sliders visible on each strap.
