From the F/W 1974 collection of Saint Laurent Rive Gauche, this maxi dress is executed in a lustrous satin-finish fabric printed with an all-over scattered ditsy floral motif in red, white and green on a deep chocolate-brown ground. The square-cut scoop neckline is framed by lightly gathered shoulders that feed into full bishop sleeves, each tapering to a buttoned cuff. Centre-front closure runs from neckline to waist via a column of small dark ball buttons. The waist is defined by a self-fabric sash belt tied in a front bow. At the rear, the skirt is released from a gathered waistband into a full, floor-length sweep. The dress is fully lined in a dark fabric.

Size L (IT44/FR40) — French size 40 per original label; fits closest to a contemporary size L depending on cut.
