Roberto Cavalli F/W 2003 Lime, Turquoise & Black Abstract-Print Wrap Top

From the F/W 2003 collection of Roberto Cavalli, this long-sleeved wrap top is executed in a fine, semi-sheer fabric carrying an all-over abstract print that layers reptilian scale motifs with geometric harlequin and brushstroke elements in acid lime, turquoise, black and ivory. The deep V-neckline is formed by a wrap front that crosses left over right and resolves into a tiered, asymmetric peplum at the hip — each tier cut on the bias and finished with a fine rolled, lettuce-edge hem that follows the undulating outline. The sleeves are long and close-fitting, terminating at the wrist in the same lettuce-edged finish. The brand's signature cursive is printed repeat across the body as an integrated element of the textile design. The back is smooth and seam-minimal, with the peplum tiers continuing around the circumference for a consistent silhouette.
