From the F/W 2003 collection of Roberto Cavalli, this two-piece ensemble pairs a sculpted single-breasted jacket with a lean pencil skirt. The jacket features a pronounced notched lapel, structured shoulders, and a deeply contoured waist achieved through vertical seaming visible both front and back; the centre front closes with a column of small silver-toned logo-engraved hook-and-eye fastenings. Long set-in sleeves finish at the cuff with a slight vent. The back of the jacket is shaped by multiple vertical panels that converge to emphasise the torso. The pencil skirt sits at the natural waist and is distinguished by a wide leather waistband, the body falling in a straight, close-fitting column to midi length; a silver-toned zip fastens at the centre back. Both pieces are worked in the same matte black fabric throughout.
