From the F/W 2000 collection of Miu Miu, this red midi coat presents a clean, minimalist silhouette in a structured, densely woven cloth. The coat features a generous attached hood secured at the neck by two silver-tone snap fastenings, lending a utilitarian rigour to the otherwise refined cut. The front closure is concealed beneath a fly placket, maintaining an unbroken line from collar to hem. Set-in sleeves taper to the cuff, where a silver-tone zip detail provides a considered finishing at each wrist. Welt pockets sit at the hip on either side. The back is cut with a slight A-line ease, falling to a curved hem. The lining, visible in the interior, is a dark tonal fabric with a quilted construction.
