From the F/W 2001 collection of Yves Saint Laurent by Tom Ford, this off-shoulder blouse is constructed in afine-weight fabric that falls in vertical gathered pleats across the body. The wide bardot neckline is finished with multiple rows of tightly smocked ruffling, creating a structured yet fluid décolleté band. A corresponding panel of multi-row smocking defines the hem, mirroring the neckline treatment and cinching the silhouette at the lower torso before releasing into a softly ruffled edge. Full-length bishop sleeves billow generously from the shoulder and taper to elasticated smocked cuffs, with an additional band of matching smocked ruffling at the upper sleeve. The garment is entirely in deep navy-black; no closures are visible — the construction relies on the elasticated smocking for fit throughout.
