From the S/S 2006 collection of Versace, this midi dress presents a fluid, body-conscious silhouette in a large-scale tropical-leaf print rendered in bronze and deep amber tones against a navy ground. The dress is cut on the bias or in a stretch-fitted construction, with a low, rounded scoop neckline at both front and back, and two narrow self-fabric spaghetti straps that cross at the rear. The body follows a close, form-skimming line from the bust through the waist and hips, finishing at approximately mid-calf with a gently fluted hem. The print is placed to sweep diagonally across the body, giving the silhouette additional movement. A concealed inner structure, internal boning or a built-in support panel beneath the outer layer.
