Prada S/S 2000 Ivory Grommet-Embellished Midi Skirt
From the S/S 2000 collection of Prada, this ivory midi skirt is cut in a straight, lightly A-line silhouette that falls to just below the knee. The waistband is finished with a scalloped trim of small linked rings — the same motif that recurs along the hem — and a concealed side zip closure is visible at the left hip. The lower quarter of the skirt is defined by a broad border band densely set with rows of dark metal grommets arranged in a regular grid, creating a considered contrast between the pale ground fabric and the industrial hardware. The hem edge itself is trimmed with a continuous chain of small metal rings, echoing the waistband detail and framing the gentle wave of the lower edge. The skirt is fully lined in a smooth ivory fabric.
