Cotton vest Maison Martin Margiela from the seminal Spring/Summer 1999 collection featuring the designer's deconstructed trompe l'oeil stockman concept. Crafted from grey cotton denim with 3% spandex for subtle stretch. The sleeveless construction mimics a dress form with fitted bodice, mock turtle neck collar, and A-line skirt silhouette. Central zip closure runs from neck to hem with decorative topstitching throughout. The piece displays the iconic "SEMI COUTURE PARIS BREVETÉS S.G.D.G 35959" text printed on the lower front and back panels, referencing vintage French dressmaking standards. Fully lined in white cotton. Metal snap closures at shoulders.

Made in Italy. Excellent vintage condition. No visible flaws.
