From the F/W 2006 collection of Hermès by Jean Paul Gaultier, this midi skirt is constructed in a layered deep chocolate-brown lace with a fine metallic thread running through the ground, lending a restrained luminosity to the surface. A large-scale floral and foliate jacquard motif is set against the all-over Chantilly-style lace ground, with a secondary layer of finer lace extending fractionally beyond the outer layer to form a sheer, scallop-edged hem. The silhouette is gently A-line, released from inverted pleats at the hip. A smooth, matte ribbon-faced waistband — in a toning dark taupe — finishes the top edge cleanly, with a concealed side closure visible at the right hip. The skirt falls to midi length.

Size S (IT40/FR36) — Waist measures 35 cm flat (70 cm circumference). Best fits a true size S / IT 40 / FR 36.
