Hermès by Martin Margiela F/W 2000 Taupe Alpaca Wrap Midi Skirt

From the F/W 2000 collection of Hermès by Martin Margiela, this wrap midi skirt is cut in a softly mélangée taupe alpaca cloth with a slightly napped surface. The wrap front opens from right to left and is secured at the upper left waistband by a single tonal four-hole button. The waistband is narrow, finished with a clean turned edge. The silhouette is gently A-line, falling from a fitted waist to a midi hem with a rounded hem-line at the wrap overlap. A slim vertical seam runs along each side. The skirt is fully lined in a tone-on-tone woven fabric.
