From the S/S 2002 collection of Gucci by Tom Ford, this dark indigo denim skirt is cut in a slim, straight silhouette that falls just above the knee. The waistband is doubled and structured, threaded at the centre front with a dark leather lace-up closure that ties in a bow — a signature utilitarian-luxe detail of the period. Contrast topstitching in a warm tan tone articulates the seaming throughout: a central front seam runs the full length of the skirt, two curved slash pockets sit at the front hips, and pronounced bar-tack reinforcements punctuate the pocket corners. The rear features two large patch pockets set below the waistband, each bar-tacked at the upper corners, and a central back seam that terminates in a short kick vent at the hem.
