Duration & Late Returns

Late returns: 20% penalty per calendar day. 5+ business days overdue: full retail value charged.

Condition & Care

No alteration, washing, dry-cleaning, ironing, steaming. No contact with cosmetics, food, drink, smoke. No sub-renting.

Damage & Loss

Assessed by Trevise Paris. Irreparable or lost: full retail value. Theft reported within 24h.

Insurance

Client advised to obtain coverage. Trevise Paris not liable during possession or transit.

Shipping

All costs are client's responsibility. Insured tracked courier required.

Cancellation

72+ hours: full refund. Under 72 hours: non-refundable. No-show: non-refundable.

Credits

Editorial/commercial use requires credit to Trevise Paris.

Governing Law

French law. Paris courts. Formal contract signed prior to confirmation.

From the F/W 2004 collection of Comme des Garçons, this cropped jacket is constructed in a densely embossed fabric carrying an all-over repeat of stylised florals, four-petalled rosettes and geometric medallions in tonal black-on-black relief. The silhouette is deliberately voluminous and cape-like, falling from a spread, pointed collar to a curved, scalloped hem. The front opens without visible fastening, the two front panels draping freely to reveal the plain lining beneath. At the back, a large self-fabric bow is positioned at the upper yoke, its generous looped ties forming the garment's central decorative gesture. Long, tapered sleeves extend from the widened shoulder line. The hem terminates in a series of soft, undulating points that reinforce the dramatic, sculptural quality of the cut.

Size M (IT42/FR38) — The label reads S; the size letter provided is M. The relaxed, voluminous cut runs generously. Measurements should be consulted for best fit.
