100% of retail value required. Held until satisfactory return.

Duration & Late Returns

Late returns: 20% penalty per calendar day. 5+ business days overdue: full retail value charged.

Condition & Care

No alteration, washing, dry-cleaning, ironing, steaming. No contact with cosmetics, food, drink, smoke. No sub-renting.

Damage & Loss

Assessed by Trevise Paris. Irreparable or lost: full retail value. Theft reported within 24h.

Insurance

Client advised to obtain coverage. Trevise Paris not liable during possession or transit.

Shipping

All costs are client's responsibility. Insured tracked courier required.

Cancellation

72+ hours: full refund. Under 72 hours: non-refundable. No-show: non-refundable.

Credits

Editorial/commercial use requires credit to Trevise Paris.

Governing Law

French law. Paris courts. Formal contract signed prior to confirmation.

From the F/W 1997 collection of Comme Des Garçons, this jacket exemplifies the house's rigorous approach to deconstruction. Cut from a structured twill-weave cloth in black, the body is fitted through the torso with pronounced vertical seaming that articulates the silhouette without conventional tailoring conventions. The neckline is collarless, its raw-edged opening faced with a contrasting smooth black material — consistent in appearance with leather or a coated textile — that folds back to frame the décolletage. The front is entirely open, fastener-free, with clean vertical edges that fall away from the body. Long set-in sleeves taper to neat, unadorned cuffs. At the rear, a central back seam is left partially exposed, revealing a narrow insertion of a lighter, semi-sheer fabric that extends below the hem at centre back — a deliberate deconstructivist device. The hem is cropped and asymmetric, with the front panels terminating in angular, descending points. The overall silhouette reads as architectural and spare.
